Booked tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date selected at the time of booking.

Devotees must bring their ticket to the temple, either in digital form on their mobile phone or as a printed copy.

On special festival days only, booked tickets and pooja details will be directly provided to the temple priests on behalf of the devotees. In such cases, there is no need to carry a separate ticket. The pooja will be performed as per the selected time slot.
