***CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY***
At Sri Panchamukheswara Swamy Seva Committee, we strive to ensure that all donations and pooja bookings are handled with transparency and devotion. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with any payments. Donations * All donations made towards the temple are non-refundable under any circumstances. * Donations are considered as offerings made in good faith and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Seva / Pooja Bookings * Once a seva or pooja is booked through our website, it is considered final and non-cancellable. * No refund will be provided for the inability to attend the booked pooja/seva due to personal reasons. * The temple reserves the full right to cancel or reschedule any pooja or seva without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as temple rituals, festivals, or maintenance. * If a seva is cancelled solely by the temple, the paid amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.
